Dog harness or collar?

A dog harness is the best alternative for strong pullers, very small dogs and dogs with respiratory problems. In these cases, the collar could block the air flow. A collar is fine for most dogs. A collar should not be too tight, but also not too loose. There must be room for two fingers between your dog's neck and the collar.
